RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Once an order has been dispatched, you have the option to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. However, for a return to be accepted, the goods must remain unopened with seals intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for items that have been used or opened, as this may compromise the product’s integrity.
To initiate a cancellation or return process, kindly reach out to us via email, ensuring to provide your order number for reference.
You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any damages,
faults, or if you have received incorrect products.
Please use a secure tracked and signed service, such as a Courier provider, when returning your order. Our returns team requires the order to be received before processing any returns. Additionally, please ensure that your full name and order number are included inside the box to facilitate identification of the order and enable us to contact you promptly.
Warranty
Please refer to the ‘best before’ dates indicated on the product packaging to determine its shelf life. However, we assure a minimum of 3 months of shelf life from the date the product is dispatched.
